A web app for designing double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) sequences with a focus on safety for non-target organisms (NTOs). Candidate sequences are screened against NTO databases to flag potential cross-reactivity before synthesis, reducing the risk of unintended effects in RNAi-based applications.
Developed at IMBB-FORTH as part of ongoing work on RNAi pest management and vector biology.
A companion tool to the dsRNA Analyzer. Where the Analyzer checks safety against non-target organisms, this app screens candidate dsRNA sequences for specificity within the target organism — ensuring the sequence hits the intended gene and avoids off-target effects within the same genome.

A community-maintained resource for arthropod cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzyme nomenclature and sequences. Covers insects, ticks, and other arthropods with standardized naming conventions, sequence alignments, phylogenetic classifications, and links to associated literature.
Developed by the Vector Biology and Bioinformatics groups at IMBB-FORTH. Contributions from the arthropod P450 research community are welcome.
